Madame's
Dollhouse ships United
Parcel Service Ground,
United States Postal Service
Priority Mail. We
require your street address
for delivery. All orders
received by midnight eastern
time
will
be shipped no later than the
next business day.
Insurance is not optional
and the cost is incorporated
into the shipping
charge. Please let us know
immediately about any
shipping problems with your
order. Orders that
are determined by UPS or
USPS to be incorrectly
addressed will be assessed
an additional shipping
charge of $15.
Please let us
know if you have any special
shipping considerations.
Alaska, Hawaii
and International shipping
charges are calculated from
03301. Our website does
not automatically calculate
shipping outside the continental
USA. Once an order has been
placed we will send a manually
calculated shipping invoice for
your authorization; If
authorization is not received
the order will not be processed.
Back Orders
It is
our policy to have in stock Madame
Alexander's complete line. Our
current fill rate is typically
greater than 99.999%. We do not
maintain backorders.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are treated as separate
orders for the purpose of processing
and shipment. Pre-Orders will be
charged when order is placed.
Pre-Ordered items that are cancelled
will incur a 20% cancellation fee,
and the balance will be refunded as
a merchandise credit at Madame's
Dollhouse.

Returns
Inspect your shipment
when it arrives. If you are
dissatisfied for any reason, notify
us immediately (within 24 hours) and
we will issue a return authorization
for the unused merchandise - Returns
that are not authorized will be
refused. This policy is necessary in
order to protect the non-use
integrity of our inventory.
For returns that are authorized; we
will issue a full merchandise
refund for orders that were less
than $50; and for orders over
$50
that received Free shipping we will
impose a 20% re-stocking charge or
$9.95, whichever is greater. Merchandise
must be returned, new, unopened and
in original condition immediately,
but no later than two weeks after
purchase (no exceptions -
Christmas Merchandise no later than
January
9).
Layaway Program
Our
layaway program allows you to pay
for your purchase in three payments;
1/3 of total order plus $10
registration fee is due upon
placement of order; 1/3 in 30 days;
and 1/3 in 60 days.
Layaway orders must be at least
$150. Layaway payments are
non-refundable and cannot be applied
to other orders or merchandise.
Layaway orders cannot be returned.
Madame's Dollhouse reserves the
right to immediately cancel any
layaway order when the credit card
payment is not approved within 7
days of payment due date.

do not sell or rent your personal
information to third parties for their
marketing purposes.
